Steve is a rising leader from the new generation of teachers who focus on using technology to enhance their learning network and the resources they can provide for their students. This crowd is a highly communicative group – and Steve is no exception. The form and functionality of his personal space on the Web is focused on encouraging commentary and discussion for each entry he posts. This design was so well-received by Steve and his peers that he has adopted the color scheme and texture as part of his personal branding, building upon it in the form of business cards, stationary, and a Twitter theme.
